How to Make Crispy Potato Chips
No matter how much you try to avoid crispy potato chips, the taste of them draws you to same extent. So everyone likes to eat potato chips. Potato wafers included in light-hearted snacks are very much liked by children. These wafers made by chopping, boiling and drying thin chips of old potatoes look quite crispy and tasty when fried. Once you prepare the potato wafers and enjoy the taste of the wafers with tea or coffee for 15 to 20 days.

Large Potatoes (4)
Oil (1 liter)
Tomato Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Cumin Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Kashmiri red chilli (1/2 teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Wash and peel the potatoes first.
Then cut it thinly with a chipper and add some water and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then heat 1 liter of water in the pan and then put potato chips in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Then remove it on the same cotton cloth or towel and dry its water thoroughly
Now keep the oil on the gas for heating and when the oil is completely hot, add the chips in it and fry it.
When it starts to turn light red then take it out.
