So after the weeks work and eating junks, as usual i went for for my saturday routine workout, no doubt there is nothing one can compare with good health.all body components must function effectively time to time.

  • what makes this morning exercise interesting was that the kids under age 5 were also involved, and also old ones also came out.
    Below are the pictures taken, we were involved in some Yoga activities,planking,ball throwing,dumbells and weight lifting.
