GDevelop: Yoruba translation #20: 1357 words
GDevelop is an open source software for developing HTML5 and native games without any serious knowledge in programming. Developing a game is as simple as setting up an event; gather your resources and start exploring. There are lot of tutorials available on the Wiki for a beginner to get started, and you can also find the documentation there also.
You can choose to create platformers, puzzles, shoot 'em up, strategy, 8-bit games and even publish your games to the Web, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux and even Facebook Messenger.
This is actually my 20th translation report on the GDevelop project. Right after the completion of the project as stated in my previous post, some strings were added to the GDevelop 5 project. This includes new strings to GDevelop 5 (editor) and GDevelop (Core and extensions) files.
Check out the previous reports:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th.
With the basic understanding of how to create scenes, events, animations and the likes using GDevelop, it would be less difficult to make use of other basic or advanced game engines though some might require additional programming or graphic skills.
The project's translatable texts are now a total of 24,326 words now (previously 25,312 words).
In this session, I was able to translate 1357 words making an overall translated 14,926 words (61% of the total).
