I have not managed to salvage lots of my earlier years art due to several reasons and me relocating in quite few countries, but, I was able to save this old sketchbook where I started first drawn on when I was a soldier.

Those sketches are mainly from between 2004-2005 and then revisited the sketchbook around early 2019. Always loved drawing on small surfaces and trying to cram as much detail possible as I found it fun and challenging.

Back then, I had much different taste on themes and used to work in a more strict, tight lineart style, one factor being I had just graduated from art school and been influenced by certain styles we were taught then but also being much younger, my inspirations were very different that what is nowdays and I can say I was not as artistically mature as a decade+ later where I figured that I enjoy a more loose expression in line more than anything else and that I find it boring and uninteresting to express perfectly straight or complete lines with more consistency, comparing again to what I do nowadays.

Thanks for checking, guys!
