My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2020 (not synchronized with the app)
Today I would like to write a slightly different post, since the number of steps I am reporting I haven't synchronized with the Actifit app because I did not have my phone with me during the routine.
But I am very excited about Xiaomi's new "Mi band 4" and the data it provides when you use it ...

In addition to being very comfortable and light, it submerges in water up to 5 ATM, that's incredible, because I love swimming and free diving (which consists of holding your breath while swimming towards the bottom of the sea or the pool). Today I show you the facts of an ordinary cardio and dumbbell lifting routine.
Maintaining an intense rhythm for longer and even reaching the anaerobic level! Anaerobic exercise involves high-intensity activities such as lifting weights, short high-speed runs, sit-ups, or any exercise that requires a lot of effort for a short time.
In addition to that, during the day I have walked a total of 6992 steps, taking into account that many steps were at an intense pace.
