My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2019
I only managed to walk my daily route to and from work, and also detoured a bit on my way back hone for a longer walk ..
Also a few squats and pushups at home ..
Also, I am trying to focus lately a bit more on what I eat ..
I am making an effort to eat more greens and less meat to get a more balanced diet .
Exploring my eating options in this sector ...
Any reccomendations ? :)
