How to use Actifit - A blocktrades sponsored contest

Here is my entry for the Actifit tutorial contest by @blocktrades. Several months back I created an Actifit tutorial video for the version of the app at that time. For this tutorial video I used some of the content from that previous video and updated it for the new version of the app. This shows new features and information about this great app.
